Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as custom-made or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, email us at [foreststoneandsea@gmail.com] with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s).
  • Photos of the shipping box and original packaging.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
