Hear Here is a 24-card illustrated oracle card deck and guidebook. Each illustration has been created in concert with a series of accessible self-care practices described in the accompanying guidebook. The intention is that these practices can be done anywhere, at any time. All practices can be done sitting or standing. The practices are also beneficial when done as a visualization. The Character on the cards represents our most true and authentic self.
